This infrastructure is designed to best utilize the GE Smart Connection Center that is also a standard in each home. With this pre-wiring, residents can easily install monitoring cameras, control lighting from one location, or share computers, printers and entertainment equipment throughout the home.

Resort-Style Recreation
Residents of Discovery at Spring Trails will enjoy a resort-style Recreation Center & Clubhouse and SplashPad Texas® at Discovery in future phases of the community. Until then, residents have exclusive privileges to enjoy the amenities of the adjacent Spring Trails community.
